Somewhere you can get luxury hotels but the cost would be very high than a normal guest house.  Most of the accommodations are teahouse type run by the local people and they provide both lunch and breakfast with some western dishes too. Till Namche Bazar we can get an attached bathroom inside the room but after then not access the bathroom inside the room. However, you can get paying hot showers at each hotel along the trail. Throughout the trek, you can taste local cuisines such as Sherpa stew, Sherpa Steak, or local Dalbhat too.
