I went to ABC with Nepal High Trek & Expedition with my friends. It was our first time in Nepal, and of course first time attempting the mountain in the beautiful country.
Anjan was our guide. He and his team of porters took great care of us and gave us such assurance throughout the journey. Anjan speaks well and we had great conversation getting to know more about them and their culture (and food too)!
Well of course, all of us made it to ABC safely and smoothly. We even organized farewell lunch and dinner with his team to appreciate them.
Definitely recommend the Nepal High Trek & Expedition and Anjan for anyone interested in exploring mountains in Nepal !
We just completed the 7 Days Annapurna Base Camp Trek with Nepal High Trek Team. It was an excellent trek organized by the NHT. We had feel very comfortable in everything and our guide Ritesh was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Along the trek he booked us acceptable accommodation and well serviced throughout the trek. The Base Camp of Annapurna was fabulous and surrounded by stunning mountains.
Moreover, We had a fantastic time during the Annapurna base camp trek and found Anjan and Ritesh to be incredibly welcoming at airport. Nepal High Trek had provided us an affordable package, customized itinerary, best services as quality food, nice accommodation, professional guide, trekking gears and fresh fruit. We highly recommend the Nepal High Trek team if you are thinking of trekking in Himalayas Nepal in near the future. Definitely, we will back again to Nepal with NHT.
Cheers,
We planned to go to ABC, but due to weather conditions, it was closed off. Anjan did an amazing job catering to our needs and we took a much safer route and still visited Poon Hill Great communication, would recommend the Nepal High Trek & Expedition.
Anjan was our guide to ABC and did everything possible to make the best of our trekking. I strongly recommend Anjan’s services. He is very reliable and knows a lot about Nepal and the routes we took.
We did an unforgettable trip to Annapurna Base Camp in April 2016. Nepal is a safe, peaceful and very friendly place. Beautiful sceneries, incredible mountains.
We were a team of four from Brazil, three of us in our 50’s and my 24 year old son. The trek was 12 day long. A lot of ups and downs to reach ABC. The scenery is fantastic, we go through nice small villages and can see their real life, school kids, farm workers, shepherds with goats, buffalos, sheep, donkeys carrying all types of loads up the mountains. In April the weather was mild, hot during day time, specially at low altitudes. At ABC the temperature was below zero at night, but as soon as the sunrises and you start walking you just need a T shirt.
We woke up at ABC at sunrise to see the huge peaks all around us in clear blue sky. Superb! Poonhill cannot be missed either, a wounderful view at sunrise too.
If you need additional information for your trekking, I’ll be glad to help.
We had an amazing experience of 7 day Annapurna Base Camp trekking with the awesome Anjan Tamang (Guide) and Durga (co-guide)!! Both are very experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They made sure each of us is safe and took care of our comfort. Even the porters (who are part of the team) are amazing, friendly and fun to work with!!!

The tour guide Mr Anjan of Nepal High Trek & Expedition Pvt Ltd and his team members were very helpful during our trekking to ABC. He even help to carry the stuff for those who walked a bit slow. He is very patient and accommodating to our requests.
We managed to reach ABC without much problem. We really enjoyed the trekking. If any chance we come to Nepal we will definitely ask Mr Anjan to be our guide definitively again. Highly recommended.
Would like to take this opportunity to thank our guide Anjan Tamang together with his assistance Durga and 4 porters for taking good care of our group of 8 trekkers of varying fitness and pace during the 7 days trek. They were quick to arrange among themselves to match our pace after first day of trekking. With such attention given to us, we were very fortunate that each and every one of us was well take care along the trekking route. And we were able to enjoy and complete the trek safely and smoothly.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Nepal High Trek & Expedition for the memorable trip to Annapurna Base Camp.
Pawan was our guide and he showed his professionalism while trekking with him. From the moment we landed to the accommodation to changing of currency, everything was taken care of. During the trek, he provided the fruit we requested every day without fail, then I notice he carried the quantity of fruit all the way along the trek. Every meals was well taken care of, hot showers end of the day, never fail. He was very patient with our slow pace, along the way he still pick some fruits for us to try, it was delicious. The most unforgettable experience was, he was experts in rolling leeches….hahaha which crawled everywhere from neck to boots. It was of great help. It was a lifetime experience and would look forward to trekking with him again. If anyone is interested to visit in Nepal that we highly recommend it to Nepal High Trek & Expedition Team.

Was recommended to Anjan Tamang (guide) from Nepal High Trek Expedition by a friend. The communications from the start which we discussed about the itinerary to the finalization of the itinerary and preparations prior to the trip were very smooth and efficient.
Anjan and his team of assistant guide and porters are a sincere and experienced bunch, as they took very good care of our group of 8 trekkers who had never done any major trekking activities before. The trekking itinerary was very nicely planned out and after observing about the wide variations in the trekking pace of our group, he was prompt to adjust the itinerary and able to allocate his limited team’s resources to ensure that everyone was well taken care of during the trek.
We completed the trek without any safety issues with no AMS symptoms suffered by any of the team members due to very adequate precautions advised by Anjan prior to and during the trek.
All thanks to Anjan and team that we had a very good experience this time round, which gives us renewed motivation to do another trek in Nepal in the near future. A very dependable guide and company if you wish to do a trek in Nepal.
Thank you once again for the great fun 🙂
See you again my friend.

~Completed ABC Trek in Oct 2018~
8 of us made it to Annapurna Base Camp smoothly and safely without ams, despite having zero trekking experience for some of us. All credits goes to the wonderful team of 2 guides and 4 porters from Nepal High Trek!
The leading guide Anjan was very knowledgeable and professional with excellent customer service. He assessed our abilities and was flexible enough to adjust the route slightly, giving us just enough time to rest and yet be able to summit within the timeline. In fact, his entire team went the extra miles making sure that we were doing fine and were enjoying ourselves.
We really appreciate the moments we had with all of them and will definitely engage them for any future treks in Nepal 🙂
Our group of 8 trekkers to ABC were mostly first timers in Nepal. Anjan Tamang was an excellent and professional guide. Along with his co-guide Durga and four porters (Sachin, Nebo, Padam and Shibi), we always felt well taken care of. He was very attentive to our needs and took the effort to pace the big group, all of varying fitness levels.
Anjan was a responsible tour leader who ensured that all of our accommodations and logistics support were taken care of, allowing us to solely focus on the climb. While we saw many other climbers face challenges securing rooms due to peak trekking season, this was something we never had to worry about.
He has a good command of the English language and ensured communication was not an issue throughout the trip.
We are very fortunate to have gotten to know of Anjan’s services and I will highly recommend him for anyone keen to visit the Himalayas.
Thank you Anjan and team for a wonderful ABC experience!
A group of 8 of us booked a 12 days package to Nepal at USD 699 (including 7 days of trekking and 5 days of sightseeing) with Anjan and his team from 1 Oct 18 to 12 Oct 18. The package includes all accommodations and most meals during the trek.
Anjan’s team consists of really professional & helpful guides and porters. We really enjoyed their company a lot. Definitely a 5-star agency! Will highly recommend any travelers who is traveling to Nepal to take up their services. I would highly recommend the Nepal High Trek team those who plan to trek to Nepal.
Everyone who is able-bodied (or not) should make a trip to Nepal in their lifetime. I went to ABC Trek with Nepal High Trek & Expedition despite having bad knees. Anjan was my guide and he took very good care of me and my trekking partner. For a fixed package price, we had comfortable hotel rooms in Kathmandu and Pokhara, lodges with hot showers every day on the trek, food, drinks and even fruits during the trek which Anjan carried throughout. Safety is also paramount to Anjan and he made sure we were well-acclimatized to the altitude. He also saved me from a deadly fall off the mountainside by grabbing my arm in a split second when i accidentally slipped on wet ground.
It was a really great experience of the Annapurna Base Camp Trek. We wouldn’t be able to reach without Nepal high trek & Expedition members, especially Anjan, the tour guide who kept waiting for me patiently along the journey as I was the slowest! Haha. Specially thanks to Pawan and also the other team members, who helped us with our heavy luggage and took care of our meals, and make sure we had enough energy to continue trekking.
If you love nature, you must come ABC at least once in your life. The scenery around the way up and down ABC was really awesome! We came in May and the weather was just nice despite some raining days. Although you might feel exhausted and your muscles will be painful after this trip, but it’s definitely worth it! Especially when you see the stunning Snow Mountains around you, the Annarpuna, the Fishtail etc and also the flora and fauna.
However, make sure you have enough exercise to train up your stamina before you challenge it ?It’s not really tough but never easy for a person who never exercises before.
Very glad to recommend the Nepal High Trek & Expedition Team.
Thank you !!!
Trekking with Anjan and our porter made us feel safe and the trek manageable, especially for me, as this was the first time I had taken on a multi-day trek at high altitude.
Even though we were trekking in winter, Dec 2016, the sky was clear and there was no snow yet, except at base camp, and the route was manageable.
Anjan made sure that we had everything we needed such as food and toilet paper. He made sure that no one was left behind too.
It was one of the best trips of my life and I would highly recommend the Nepal High Trek & Expedition Team.

We are 3 friends from Austria and did the ABC-trek with our guide Arbind. I sent an inquiry to Nepal High Trek and the trip planner made the program as per our needs. All responses were very quick with exact information. We felt this team was professional and responsible. We hike and trek a lot back home but this was another experience. From beautiful little villages out of a disney movie, through the rainforest up to the high alpine, you basically have everything on this trek. Arbind was the best guide possible, he knew exactly when we should be at our accommodation because the weather in the mountains changes very quickly, and hiking in rain/snow/hail isn’t that fun. Also, the teahouses are super nice, the food is very good and the rooms are basic, but what do you need while trekking? We would recommend the Nepal High Trek 100%. if you’re considering trekking in Nepal.
