Today our journey the Tolka village it's one of the beautiful places around the Annapurna Valley. From Ghandruk the trail downhill on stone steps to reach low warm farm areas at Kyumi village. The trail crosses a steel bridge over the raging Modi River and then with an uphill climb to reach another large Gurung village at Landrunk facing views of Annapurna South, Hiuchuli, Machhpuchree, and stunning landscapes.
After a short break on nice gradual walks lead to Tolka village for the last overnight stop with views of Annapurna South and Huinchuli peaks. The Tolka village is a perfect place to immerse in the hidden nature and local diverse cultures.
After breakfast, we'll head to Dhampus through the separate villages along the trail. From Tolka the trail goes flat to Bhedi Kharka and if you follow the old trail we recommend you climb up to Deurali village. It's quite hard to climb up to Deurali (2150 m) but we can skip the old trail that follows the new unpaved road to Pothana village
Our last walk from here is on an easy descent through the cool shade of the forest to reach Potana and then Dhampus another Gurung village with fabulous views of Annapurna and Manaslu Himalayas ranges with Mount Machhapuchare. At Dhampus village we will have lunch at beautiful Dhampus village then a short drive to Pokhara through the Dhampus phedi. An overnight at beautiful Pokhara with breathtaking Phewa lake.
