Today is the day of trekking. After breakfast, we will start our trekking. The trail to Gatlang is easy as we will be walking through green lush forests and terraced farmlands with some hamlets along the way. We will have to cross the Bahun Danda Pass. We will visit a sacred pond on this day. The Parvati Kunda is believed to be the favorite place of goddess Parvati wife of Lord Shiva. The trail is through green lush forests with occasional uphill. We will trek to largest Gurung people’s village on this day. There are two villages of Gurung people on this trekking trail. They are Chalish Village and Sertung. We will stay either in Sertung or in Chalish village. The scenery of mountains and river valleys looks absolutely stunning from this village. We will continue our trekking trip to another major Tamang village of the region. Tawal village has people of Dalit community as a minority and Tamang as a majority ethnic group. You can observe their lifestyle as well as interact with them regarding their lifestyles too. Our crew members are from the village. Therefore, you will feel as if you are at home while being in this village. This is the last day of our trek and we will enjoy with trekking guide and porters with some local delicacies and folk songs as well as dances. Overnight at community home stay house
We will take a jeep from Tawal village to Dhadingbesi the district headquarter of Dhading. The road is bumpy and graveled. Four wheel jeep is required and it is an adventurous ride through several villages of Brahmins, Newars, and Chhetris people of Nepal. We will stay overnight at hotel or resort in Dhadingbesi. If you want, we can continue another 4 hours journey to Kathmandu too but it is tiring.
We can either drive to Kathmandu or drive to Pokhara from this place. The road is nice and trip can be pleasant after mesmerizing Ruby Valley Trek.
