This is hands-down the best company to work with if you are planning a trip to Nepal. It was immediately clear to me that the owner, Anjan, took pride in his company and was very helpful and diligent in his communications from start to finish. What I didn’t realize until later is how much Anjan cares about his people. When you work with this company, you are truly supporting a village, as Anjan provides opportunities for incredible people in his village where work is otherwise scarce. If you are socially conscious, you can feel great supporting this company and its mission. And then there was my guide, Bibash. I do not have enough superlatives to describe my experience with him! He is knowledgeable, humble, caring, kind, funny, and a great singer to boot! He worked his way up from being a porter, which again speaks to the opportunities Anjan provides, and the strong work ethic Bibash displayed clearly came from a place of deep humility. The company has great relationships throughout the region, and I was able to meet other incredible people and have unique experiences because of those connections. No need to look any further for a better company to work with, as you will not find one!

We spent 10 amazing days trekking to Gokyo Ri, and it was truly a wonderful experience! The scenery was breathtaking – majestic mountains, turquoise lakes, and beautiful little villages along the way.The sunrise from Gokyo Ri, with a view of the 8,000-meter peaks - Mount Everest, Lhotse, and Nuptse – is a moment we will never forget. The turquoise glow of Gokyo Lake in the morning light was simply impressive.A huge thank you to our guide Ramesh, who made the trip so special. He was extremely kind, caring, and reliable, always found cozy lodges with beautiful rooms for us. We felt safe and well looked after the entire time – both on the way up and down.We also had a lot of fun together, and by the end of the trek, our guide had become a true friend.An unforgettable adventure that we can recommend to everyone!

I had a pleasure of trekking the three high passes in the Everest Region, with a brief detour to the Everest Base Camp, in May 2024.I trekked alone, guided by Suman Rai, an experienced guide with a lot of knowledge about the region. We completed the trek in 12 days. Suman remained attentive throughout, was equipped with all necessary first aid supplies, regularly monitored my physical condition, and ensured a smooth and safe journey despite the weather conditions. Both Suman and his boss Anjan, managed the logistics including, ensuring that we fly to and from Lukla the same day and staying in the best lodges.I would most definitely recommend Nepal High Trek and Expedition, this trek and Suman’s services to anybody wishing to avoid the inconvenience of group tours, enjoy flexibility, and go at their own pace, be it fast or slow.

Anjan was our guide to ABC and did everything possible to make the best of our trekking. I strongly recommend Anjan’s services. He is very reliable and knows a lot about Nepal and the routes we took.We did an unforgettable trip to Annapurna Base Camp in April 2016. Nepal is a safe, peaceful and very friendly place. Beautiful sceneries, incredible mountains.We were a team of four from Brazil, three of us in our 50’s and my 24 year old son. The trek was 12 day long. A lot of ups and downs to reach ABC. The scenery is fantastic, we go through nice small villages and can see their real life, school kids, farm workers, shepherds with goats, buffalos, sheep, donkeys carrying all types of loads up the mountains. In April the weather was mild, hot during day time, specially at low altitudes. At ABC the temperature was below zero at night, but as soon as the sunrises and you start walking you just need a T shirt.We woke up at ABC at sunrise to see the huge peaks all around us in clear blue sky. what a wonderful adventure trip we had. It was a memorable and a lot fun with water. I never had water rating before just completed the different adventures. We booked the 1 day trishuli river rafting and Chitwan jungle safari trip with Nepal High Trek & Expedition. The team was a professional and experienced. Our rafting guide Sujan was a fabulous and fearless. Furthermore, the company is very flexible and customized itinerary according to our holiday schedule and liking. They had provide us good lunch and transportation too. We're happy and content with Nepal High Trek & i would highly recommend this team if anyone planning trip to Nepal.
