Details Itinerary

We will begin the trek after breakfast. Today’s trek is completely uphill as we will achieve about 700 m in a day. Therefore, it is a tiring day of walking. The trekking route between Ghandruk village and Bhaisi Kharka is steep uphill and tiring because of the continuous stone paved staircase trail. Once we reach Bhaisi Kharka, we will slowly ascend through pine forests towards the village of Tadapani. It is the small village with few tea houses and local homes.

 

We will continue to walk through small hamlets like Mesharu and Kisarou to reach the village of Dobato. The village offers the breathtaking scenery of the Annapurna Massifs. It is undoubtedly the most scenic and picturesque place to stay overnight. From this village you can get the amazing scenery of more than two dozens mountains. However, tomorrow we will be seeing more than 35 to 40 mountains including the gorgeous sunrise experience.

Early in the morning before dawn, we will hike the Mulde View Point. It takes about 30 minutes to 45 minutes to reach the top. There is a small Mulde View Park where we will wait for the sun to rise. Relish the 360 degree view of mountains. We can get the mesmerizing scenery of mountains like Gurja, Dhaulagiri range, Gangapurna, Annapurna range, Tukuche, Lamjung, Nilgiri, Himchuli etc. Trekkers can get the sight of more than 35 mountains. After spending about half an hour after the sunrise, we will trek downhill to Dobato for breakfast.

We will begin the trek to Ghorepani after breakfast. It takes about 5 to 6 hours to reach Ghorepani from Dobato. You can trek to Khopra Ridge via Swanta or trek to Chhomrong via Hidden Lake from Dobato. In the evening, you can stroll the various souvenir shops, eateries, bakery, and local homes of the Ghorepani Village. Overnight in a tea house

Early in the morning, we will begin the Poon Hill Hike. It takes about 1 hour to reach the top of the Poon Hill. Like in the Mulde View Point, we will enjoy the majestic sunrise and get astounding scenery of mountains from the Dhaulagiri range to the Annapurna range including the gorgeous scenery of Mt. Machhapuchhre. We will descend back to Ghorepani for breakfast. After breakfast, we will descend to Ulleri Village. It is completely downhill through green lush forests. Once we reach the village, we will take a jeep and ride back to Pokhara.

It takes about 5 to 6 hours to reach Chhomrung via Hidden Lake from Dobato. Once you reach Chhomrung, you can continue your journey to Annapurna Base Camp via Sinuwa Village.
